Arm:
Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at your neck.
Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist.
Chest/Bust:
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist:
Measure loosely around your waist line, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips:
With heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 centimeters
(8 inches) below the waist line.
